So in the end: Torrent download to /torrentTemp then moves to /torrentComplete (to avoid attempting extraction of partial downloads) ExtractNow monitors /torrentComplete for any rar files and auto-extracts them to /torrentComplete/extractions when they show up.
I also run sickbeard_mp4_automater to optimize the files to Mp4 for streaming purposes. I use a program called ExtractNow to monitor my torrent download folder. It works fine if ran manually with the supplied arguments.
Deluge's builtin Execute plugin + 'Extract archives script' like hell to get this to work but the script would not run automatically upon torrent completion. I don't think logging is enabled for linuxserver.io's Deluge Docker container so I have no idea why, even if the plugin supports logging The split rars were unpacked, Radarr cp'ed the file, and Radarr gives me a green Downloaded tag:) The other two solutions I tested that did not work for me: I tested three solutions and I beleive I have found 1 method that works Chris Yereaztian's SimpleExtractor plugin for deluge I installed & enabled SimpleExtractor-0.4.1-py2.7.egg in Deluge, left the settings untouched, and tested a manual search through Radarr.
